Post-Offer Testing (Pre-Placement Essential Functions Testing)
- Determines if the prospective employee can safely perform the essential physical requirements of the offered position. This ensures proper placement of the individual.
- Aids in identification of pre-existing medical or physical conditions, which may require further evaluation.
- Provides education to the prospective employee about physical requirements of the offered position. Additionally, professional instruction of proper lifting techniques and ergonomics is performed.
- Performed by a specialist, this service analyzes and determines the essential physical requirements of a position.
- Job-site risks are identified and recommendations are provided to reduce injury potential.
Job Description Assessment
